1. Scope
These terms apply to orders placed on NerivanSoftwares (nerivan.online). Product descriptions identify the edition, license channel, compatibility requirements and delivery timeframe of each offering. Please review them before purchasing.
2. Licensing rights
A product key does not independently grant license rights. The use of software remains subject to the applicable publisher’s license terms, activation restrictions, region and device eligibility. Only products that NerivanSoftwares is legally entitled to supply may be listed for sale. Microsoft and related product names are trademarks of their respective owners; no manufacturer affiliation is implied.
3. Payment and order confirmation
All prices are in United States dollars (USD). Stripe processes payment information securely; NerivanSoftwares does not receive your full card number. An order is accepted for fulfillment only after Stripe confirms that payment has succeeded. Available methods vary by customer location and device.
4. Digital fulfillment
Delivery is entirely digital through email and your verified My Orders portal. Instant-delivery keys are allocated automatically after payment confirmation when inventory is available. Scheduled-delivery products state a maximum number of hours from confirmed payment. If a delivery delay occurs, contact support to request resolution, including a refund when applicable.
5. Accuracy of information
Customers are responsible for supplying an email address they control and ensuring that the product edition meets their requirements. Contact support promptly if you enter the wrong address.
6. Support and disputes
For any incorrect or nonfunctional key, supply your order reference and relevant activation error without sharing unrelated sensitive information. We will investigate under the Refund Policy and applicable consumer protections. Do not attempt to resell, distribute or use a key contrary to its licensing agreement.
7. Consumer rights
Mandatory consumer protections, including statutory remedies or withdrawal rights applicable in your jurisdiction, prevail over any conflicting term of this policy. Tax and invoicing obligations depend on the buyer’s location and applicable law.
