Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before and after your order.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Checkout only asks for your name and email. Your purchase history is accessible with a one-time verification code sent to your email address.
How will I receive my product key?
We send digital licenses to the email you enter during checkout. Your delivered keys also appear in My Orders after secure email verification.
What does instant delivery mean?
For instant-delivery products, reserved keys are assigned automatically after Stripe confirms your payment. Email delivery can take a little longer if your email provider delays the message.
What does scheduled delivery mean?
The product listing states a maximum fulfillment time measured from confirmed payment. An administrator releases the key within that window, and both email and order history are updated.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payment is managed by Stripe. Eligible payment methods may include cards, Link and supported digital wallets depending on your country, device and Stripe availability. All product prices are shown in US dollars.
Are you affiliated with Microsoft?
No affiliation or endorsement is implied. Microsoft and Windows are registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Review each product license channel and eligibility before purchase.
Can a product key be used on any computer?
No. Product keys are edition, region, activation channel and license-term specific. Read the product description and compatibility notes carefully. A key alone is not necessarily proof of a valid software license.
How do refunds work?
Read our Refund Policy and contact support if a delivered key is defective, incorrect or not provided as described. Rights provided by applicable consumer law are not limited.
Is Windows 10 still supported?
Mainstream Windows 10 support ended on October 14, 2025. Check Microsoft’s current extended security update options before choosing older Windows editions.
