Information we collect
We collect the name and email address you provide at checkout, order item and payment reference metadata, order status, and technical security data such as rate-limiting identifiers. Card details are submitted directly to Stripe rather than stored by NerivanSoftwares.
Why we use information
We use the information to process transactions, deliver your purchased digital license, send order confirmations and verification codes, respond to support requests, detect fraud, maintain accounting records and fulfill legal obligations.
Processors and disclosures
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Email transport is handled by our configured SMTP provider. Hosting and database providers may process information as required to operate the service. We do not sell customer personal information.
Data protection
License keys are encrypted at rest. Customer order history requires email verification. Access controls, request validation, secure cookies, rate limits and signed payment notifications help protect information. No online platform can promise absolute security.
Retention
Transaction records are retained as necessary for accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention and other legal requirements. Temporary verification records expire and are periodically deleted. To request access or correction, contact us.
International customers
Personal information may be processed in jurisdictions where our payment, hosting and email providers operate. Your applicable data protection laws may provide rights to access, correct, erase or restrict processing of information, subject to lawful retention requirements.
Marketing contact preferences
When you have separately authorized promotional emails, we may store your name and email to send updates about our store. Imported contacts are not automatically opted in. Every promotional email includes a link to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing removes your address from marketing contacts and cancels pending promotional messages; a non-reversible suppression fingerprint is kept to prevent accidental re-enrollment. Where you have purchased products, necessary transaction and order-access information may be retained. Service emails about your orders are not marketing.
Cookies
We use session cookies for the cart, checkout security and verification. Stripe may use its own cookies to provide payment processing, fraud prevention and supported payment methods.
